ISO 9001:2015 · Quality Management
The proof that you deliver as promised.
The ISO standard 9001:2015 is the most requested management standard in the world — and the most common prerequisite for even being considered for a tender. With us, the path there takes weeks instead of quarters. If your system is already running: 48 hours.
- Preparation with ready-made templates instead of a blank page
- Audit digital, certificate publicly verifiable
- Fixed price from €179/month — known before you start
- Express possible: audit, decision and issuance in 48 hours if your system is already running
No consulting contract needed. No daily rates in the fine print. We check beforehand whether Express is realistic for you — free of charge.
What ISO 9001 actually requires of you
Less than the standard's reputation suggests. ISO 9001:2015 does not prescribe how you work — it requires that you know it, write it down, measure it and improve it - continuously.
Context and expectations
Who are your customers, authorities, suppliers, and what do they expect from you? Documented cleanly once, instead of scattered across five minds.
Leadership and responsibility
Top management is obligated. Quality cannot be delegated to a staff unit.
Risks and opportunities
What can go wrong, what are you doing about it? No risk-register monster — a solid assessment is enough.
Processes
Your core processes described, with clear responsibility and measurable outcome.
Measure and Evaluate
Key figures, customer feedback, internal audits, management review.
Improve
Errors are recorded, causes are investigated, measures are made effective. That is the actual core of the standard.
What companies want to know before certification
Not mandatory since the 2015 revision. What is required is "documented information" to the extent necessary for your processes. An 80-page manual that no one reads fulfils the standard worse than twelve well-maintained pages.
9001 is certifiable and describes minimum requirements. 9004 is a guideline for further development and is not certified.
Yes. The standard is deliberately formulated to be industry-neutral. "Product" explicitly includes services.
Usually three years, with annual surveillance audits. Recertification follows afterwards. Our certificates are generally valid for two years - tied to the booked contract term.
When ISO 9001 is not paper, but money
An ISO standard pays off where someone else demands proof from you — or where errors directly cost margin.
Manufacturing and suppliers
OEM customers demand proof as a supplier criterion. A supplier with 40 employees loses access to an automotive group's supplier list without 9001 — the order value exceeds the certification costs many times over.
Construction and fit-out
Public tenders require QM. A construction/renovation company may not even participate in public tenders without 9001.
IT and software
Enterprise procurement checks supplier readiness. A SaaS provider in corporate sales regularly receives supplier questionnaires asking about 9001 — often together with 27001.
Logistics and transport
Clients demand consistent chains of evidence. A haulage company demonstrates process reliability to industrial customers and reduces complaint costs.
Medical technology environment
9001 as the basis for 13485. A component supplier builds on 9001 and later adds industry-specific requirements.
Consulting and engineering firms
Tender eligibility and liability argument. An engineering firm uses the documented inspection steps as an argument towards professional liability.
Trade and wholesale
Supplier qualification by large customers. A wholesaler is only listed as a supplier by a retail chain with QM proof. Additional evidence is often required.
Public enterprises
Accountability towards sponsors. A municipal enterprise makes its service delivery measurable to its sponsoring body.
Four steps — at the pace that suits you
After certification, a surveillance audit follows annually, and recertification after two years. Both are included in the price.
Register and clarify scope
You tell us how big your company is, where you work and what you do. We explain to you how extensive the audit will be.

Prepare
They use templates, task lists, and notices about missing documents. You don't start with a blank page.
1 to 6 weeks, depending on paceA shared documentation
Two-stage audit
First we check your documents and whether you are ready. Then we check whether the rules really work in your everyday work.
1 to 4 daysA combined audit plan, one appointment
Decision and certificate
An independent person decides. If successful, you receive your digital certificate, visible in the online register.
1 to 3 daysA certificate document with multiple standards
Step 2 is the only step whose duration depends on the chosen pace: with Express it is omitted, because the system is already running. With Standard it takes one to three weeks, with Guided up to six.
You set the pace. We tell you which one is realistic.
We don't audit more superficially or more briefly than others. Above all, we save waiting time. All three tempos are audited according to the same rules.

How extensive the audit will be depends on your number of employees, your locations, and the nature of your work. Not sure which column applies to you? Write to us — we'll tell you in a short call what's possible for you.

A certification is also an investment - and it should pay off. With EUCERTA the balance sheet added up for us: transparent processes, fast communication and an AI tool that noticeably reduced the effort of preparation. The audit itself was especially valuable: not just an inspection, but a constructive look at where we could improve. Bottom line: professional, efficient and with real added value.
Structured, risk-based and transparent: EUCERTA audited our management systems to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 factually and objectively. The entire certification process was efficient, easy to follow and professional - we rate the collaboration as excellent.

As consultants we have a certain occupational hazard: we do not just want to know what needs to be done - we want to do it ourselves too. Four standards at once is a fairly ambitious practical test for that. EUCERTA turned it into a clear, manageable process. The pre-audit was particularly convincing: no quoting of clauses for the file, but concrete findings that led straight into action. And the board? After a short settling-in period, nobody explained it any more - people simply used it. That is exactly how a tool should work.
Frequently asked questions about ISO 9001
With us, starting at €179 per month, all inclusive: preparation, audit, certificate, surveillance audits. Traditionally, there are two invoices — consulting and certification body — plus internal effort. The cost calculator calculates the difference for your size.
Between 48 hours and eight weeks, depending on how far along your system is. The lever is in your hands, not in our capacity: you never have to wait, you set the pace.
No, not necessarily. The platform guides you through all the requirements. If you want your own consulting, that's your decision — for reasons of impartiality, we are not allowed to advise you and then audit you.
We certify solo entrepreneurs and SMEs starting from just a few employees. The audit scope is adapted to the size according to the recognized requirements and rules of the ISO; a small company doesn't get a corporate audit.
No. Depending on your company, part - or all - can be conducted remotely. Where the standard or the situation requires physical presence — such as production site visits — we come to you.
Your certificate is issued by the country organization responsible for your market; you can see its status before signing the contract. For ISO 9001, neither ISO nor procurement law requires accreditation; public contracting authorities must accept equivalent evidence (Section 49 VgV in Germany, Art. 27 and 30 BöB/IVöB in Switzerland). The same standard is assessed by the same benchmark. Everything about this — including case law and a template for tenders — on the page ""
You receive the finding in writing with reference to the standard and a deadline for correction. Minor nonconformities do not block the certificate, provided the correction is verified.
Yes, at any time. The existing documentation continues to be used, the audit program is combined. However, you then pay the certification price twice and may also have multiple audits and certifications. So it's better to book a bundle right away, which saves money and time.
Audit, decision and issuance, yes, if your quality management system is already running, the documents are complete, and internal audit as well as management review have taken place. This does not mean building the system — no one can do that in two days. We check for free in advance whether Express is realistic for you: Express Check.
No, you get a system. Your management system then lives on in our platform: documents, evidence, deadlines and references to the standard stay up to date, our AI updates for standard changes and reminds you of deadlines. A certificate that is created quickly and then maintained for three years is worth more than one that took six months and then disappears into a folder.
Then we refer you to independent consulting from our partner network — in your language and your country. We ourselves do not advise you, because we audit you afterwards. This separation is the reason our judgment is worth something.
