About Eucerta

Certification as it should look in 2026

We are independent certification bodies with Swiss roots — and at the same time the software and the AI with which our customers build and maintain their management system. Audits are conducted with the same rigor as in traditional bodies, just without mountains of paper, waiting times and opaque daily rates.

  • Swiss governance, European reach
  • 4 country organizations, one common set of rules
  • Certification body, platform, AI and partner network in one
  • Every certificate publicly verifiable

Levels

Licensor, country organizations, consulting partners — separate roles

Our starting point

A good management system rarely fails due to lack of will. It fails due to effort.

Anyone running an SME knows the calculation: a consulting mandate, a second offer from the certification body, plus weeks of internal work for documents that no one opens afterward. In the end, a certificate hangs on the wall — and the management system continues to live in the folder, not in the company.

We built Eucerta because the audit itself was never the problem. The problem was everything around it: media breaks, travel time, Excel lists, evidence via email. That can be solved — without lowering the rigor that makes a certificate valuable in the first place.

  • Preparation with AI-supported templates instead of a blank page

  • Audits remote, where professionally justifiable — on-site, where necessary

  • A price you know before you start

Organization

One set of rules, country organizations in multiple markets — and three clearly separated roles

Eucerta is not a headquarters with branches. Eucerta AG in Switzerland develops the platform, grants the country licenses, and qualifies auditors and country organizations. Audits and certifications take place in your country — by the organization with which you sign the contract.

Licensor

EUCERTA AG

Zurich, Switzerland

Develops platform and AI, grants the country licenses, and qualifies auditors and country organizations. Responsible for the common set of rules — but does not conduct audits itself.

Provides

  • Platform & AI
  • Country licenses
  • Auditor qualification
  • Common set of rules
  • Certificate register

Three roles — how to read the structure

Licensor
Develops the platform and AI, grants the country licenses, and qualifies auditors and country organizations. Responsible for the common set of rules — but does not itself conduct audits or issue certificates.
Country organization
Conducts the audits and issues certification independently, under its own responsibility according to the common set of rules. Decides for its own market whether to join an association or pursue accreditation. Does not advise its audit clients.
Market presence
Location without certification function.

Your contract partner is always the country organization in your market — not Eucerta AG. All country organizations operate as independent, non-accredited certification bodies.

Consulting partners

Independent partners for building your system

These companies support you in building and maintaining your management system. They provide advice under their own responsibility — Eucerta certifies you later. It is precisely this separation that makes our audit judgment reliable.

Governance

Three levels, three separate roles

Whoever qualifies the auditors does not audit themselves. Whoever audits does not consult. Whoever consults does not audit the same mandate.

Eucerta AG, Switzerland

Licensor

Develops the platform and AI, grants country licenses, qualifies auditors.

Does not audit itself.
Certification body in your country

Country organization

Concludes the contract, conducts your audit, issues the certification.

Does not consult.
Independent experts in the network

Consulting partners

Support the development and further improvement of your management system.

Do not audit the same mandate.

In practice, this means: you conclude the contract with the organization in your country, it conducts your audit and it issues the certification. We will tell you which one this is and what status it has in your market before the contract is signed — not afterwards.

Attitude

Independent, traceable, uncomfortable when necessary

A certification body is only worth as much as its willingness to say no. That's why we strictly separate: we do not consult you and then audit you.

We do not consult and then audit
  1. Impartiality

Auditors never assess a system they have worked on.

  2. Traceability

Every finding in the audit report is linked to a section of the standard.

  3. Proportionality

A 12-person business does not get a corporate audit.

  4. Digital by default

Paper only where law or the customer requires it.

Plain talk

We are an independent certification body — and we say so openly

The same standard is assessed, by the same benchmark. The difference lies not in the depth of the audit, but in the administrative apparatus behind it — and in the end, you pay for that.

Mitglied im Bundesverband unabhängiger ZertifizierungsstellenEucerta is a member of the Federal Association of Independent Certification Bodies. Customers therefore have a direct right of complaint to the association.
  • Qualified auditors

Demonstrable auditor competence, among other things in accordance with IRCA guidelines.

  • BvUZ membership

Verified quality standards of the Federal Association, with a direct right of complaint for every customer.

  • Own management system according to ISO 9001

We ourselves work according to the standard we audit.

  • Public register

Every certificate tamper-proof and verifiable in the public register.

Accreditation is mandatory in legally regulated areas — for example, for certain medical devices, construction products or ISO/IEC 27001 in regulated sectors. If you operate in these areas, we will tell you so in the initial consultation — before you pay.

The system afterward

We don't just issue certificates

A certificate that is created quickly and then maintained for three years is worth more than one that took six months and then disappears into a folder.

Result

The certificate

Valid for three years. To ensure it holds up in everyday practice, four building blocks continue working behind it.

The certification body

Audits, decides, issues and monitors annually. The national organization in your country decides independently.

The software

This is where your management system lives: documents, records, deadlines and the link to the relevant standard section. Eucerta provides it, you fill it in.

The AI

Sets up processes, reports and requirements with you, identifies gaps and follows up when standards change. A tool in your hands.

The partner network

Independent consulting where it's needed — in multiple countries and languages. The responsibility of the partners, not of Eucerta.

Expansion

We are looking for licensees in all EU countries

You know your market, we provide the platform, regulations and brand. As a Eucerta country organization, you audit and certify independently.

Your contribution

What you bring

  • Market knowledge and access to SMEs in your country
  • In-house audit expertise or an auditor pool that we qualify together
  • A company that can act as a certification body
  • The willingness to decide independently — you issue the certification, not us
Our contribution

What you get

  • The Eucerta platform including AI-supported preparation and IMS Radar
  • A ready-made set of rules and procedure manual according to ISO/IEC 17021-1
  • Qualification of your auditors by Eucerta AG
  • Brand, website, marketing material in your language
  • Access to the certificate register and the network of country organizations
  • Training and ongoing professional support

Write to us briefly which country you are from and what you do today — we will get back to you within two working days.

Let's talk about your path to certification

20 minutes, no obligation, with someone who knows the standard — not a call center.
