In a classic certification project, most of the calendar time is not testing. It is waiting: for the consultant's offer, for an auditor appointment, for the certification committee meeting. None of that tests anything.

"Fast and not accredited — is that reputable?"
On speed: it results from removed waiting time, not from reduced examination. The audit scope is determined according to the same rules as everywhere else — based on number of employees, locations, and complexity.
On accreditation: for most ISO certifications, no accreditation is required; public contracting authorities must accept equivalent evidence. We demonstrate our quality through qualified auditors, BvUZ membership, our own management system according to ISO 9001, and a public certificate register.

No. Same standard, same benchmark, same number of audit days. The difference is that these days take place consecutively instead of being spread over months.
It depends on the standard and scope and is shown in the Express Check. In the case of a pressing tender deadline, it is usually significantly smaller than the lost contract.
Then it takes longer than 48 hours. You receive the findings with reference to the standard and a deadline for correction; a follow-up audit is then carried out.
Yes, as a combined audit. The time required then increases, but remains well below the sum of separate audits.
